We review all applications and will issue devices as soon as possible. Due to the current demand for our service, we aim to respond to applications within four weeks.
Please note that we
only accept applications from organisations such as charities, schools, local councils, statutory bodies or registered voluntary groups.
If you are an individual, please contact an organisation who knows you and ask them to apply to us on your behalf.
We will contact you by phone or by email if we have any queries. If the application is successful, we will email an offer letter, reference number and our terms and conditions. These need to be signed and returned to us before we can arrange a collection appointment.
Please complete all the fields for us to best assess your application. Applications are open to organisations in Wiltshire and neighbouring counties.
