Join Us in Supporting Those in Need

There are numerous ways you can contribute to our cause, even if you don't have any tech to spare. We always need funding to cover parts and expand our operations, allowing us to help even more people throughout the county.

Just £45 helps us securely wipe, update, and refurbish one device that will go directly to a young person, adult or family in need. No matter how much you’re able to give, we are grateful for any financial support we receive. 

We kindly ask that donated laptops have a minuimum of windows 8 operating system and a working keyboard and screen.

We are not currently able to accept donations of PCs or desktops, due to storage limitations in our workshop.

Any mobile phone or tablet should be factory re-set and have passcodes removed. I-cloud or other system operating accounts should be removed.

If you have still have the charger, please bring that with the device.

For devices that run other operating systems, such as MacOS, please contact us and we will confirm whether we can use these items individually.

We ensure that that every data bearing item donated to us is securely wiped  ahead of testing. If a machine is not deasible to repair, refurblish or upgrade, we will instread remove all reusable parts to help to fix other donations and then recycle the rest to make sure that nothing goes to waste.

We’re always looking for funding opportunities to help us pay for replacement parts, upgrades, useful extras, & to expand our operations, which will allow us to help even more families in Wiltshire. A contribution of £45 helps us securely wipe, update and fully refurbish one donated device, which is then given to an individual or family in need in Wiltshire or the surrounding counties.
